This helps to conserve energy too because it eliminates the requirement of supplying water ten or twenty floors to the overhead tank then use gravity to distribute the water all flooring.

Continuous power supply backed up with a generator is required to operate this system economically, else if there is no power, there will be no source of water. To solve this issue, consider getting your own source of energy by using your own wind or solar power generator at your rooftop.
